1999 graduated Nizhniy Novgorod Art college.
2005 graduated Surikov Art Institute, the faculty of painting, Pavel Nikonov workshop.
2007 B.F.A., Surikov Art Institute.
Since 2006 a member of Moscow Union of artists.
2013 “LomonosovArt” award winner.
2013-2014 student of ICA (Institut of Contemporary Art), Moscow.
Since 1997 a participant of exhibitions (Russia, USA, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Poland).
Pavel Otdelnov’s works are in private collections inside and outside Russia, in the Russian Culture Fund collection, Moscow Union of artists collection, Gorbachev Foundation, collection of Russian Academy of Arts and Russian regional art museums.
